Strength and technique
Strength alone won't get you to where you want to be. And bike fits are static. Bob Chaperone spends time on the road to really understand your technique.
Train to ride like a pro.
Design the behaviours that will turbo charge your next performance.
Epic rides

Epic Rides since 2006
It all started one drunken night... “How do you fancy entering the world’s biggest bike race?”
And with that I was hooked.
6 months later I was racing in Cape Town, South Africa… with 40,000 cyclists (more people than the London Marathon!)
The lessons learned from that 109km, 3-hour sprint will be forever etched in my memory.
